Slammed one month, zero closings the next....how can you avoid these peaks and valleys in your business, the proverbial roller coaster?

Hi! I'm Denver mortgage expert RJ Baxter of Fairway Independent Mortgage with your Saturday Strategy and I am coming to you today from Moab!

We are out here enjoying the slick rock, which made me think of how many people find it hard to avoid the rollercoaster-like peaks and valleys in their business cycle. So many of us experience these peaks and valleys, which is why I wanted to share my secret for avoiding the roller coaster as you plan for next year.

The best thing you can do is to stay consistent with the things and activities that you know that you need to do on a daily, weekly and even monthly basis. This will help you continue to consistently bring in traffic to your business.

Most people know this is what it takes, but get busy and start falling behind on the things they should be staying consistent with.

The solution for that is to find excellent people who you can trust and to delegate some of those important tasks to them so that they become systematic. I recommend doing this before you start falling behind.

This is my trick for avoiding the ups and downs of the roller coaster. I hope you find it helpful!

Thank you for watching and I'll see you next Saturday!
